House Rules

STRICTLY NO MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE

Ensure all dishes have been cleaned or have been placed in the dishwasher and turned on before departure.

Store all snow gear and boots in the heated ski area in the entrance.

As this is a residential zoned area, no outdoor usage is permitted between the hours of 10pm and 7am.

Please ensure cars are parked in the allocated car parking space for the unit.

The space
This apartment is one of two only (upstairs and downstairs) within a brand new townhouse.
This new one bedroom apartment has a separate bedroom with king size bed (linen provided), full kitchen with all brand new appliances including oven, gas stove top, full size fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.

Separate spacious living room has a Smart LED flat screen TV and sound bar including access to Netflix, Lightbox and other on demand networks using your own membership. An office space is provided with desk and free unlimited Wi-Fi along with a dining area for two.

The apartment also includes a European laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience. A brand new bathroom with generous sized shower, heated floor and towel rail with towels, toiletries starter pack and hair dryer are provided.

For the winter months there is an underfloor heated ski drying area in the main entrance foyer.

Off the living area via a sliding door you will find a private courtyard and bar area with outdoor seating that looks out onto the lake providing a relaxing space to enjoy an evening glass of wine whilst enjoying the view.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. This is a ground floor apartment on a single level with a free car park provided on site. Guests can access the apartment via a lock box (a code will be provided before checking in).
Guest interaction
As we live directly behind the apartments, we will be available via text message should the need arise to contact us for advice or if you require assistance with anything.
Neighborhood overview
Our apartments are within walking distance to great eateries and activities.
Directly across the road you will find "The Boatshed" cafe which is great for breakfast, coffee, lunch or afternoon glass of wine. If you fancy an evening drink "Altitude Brewery" is also just across the road. A 10 min walk away you will find "Frankton Arm Tavern" (great beer garden with views down the lake) or local restaurants and fast food outlets.
Directly across the road is "Water Sport World" where you can hire boats and jetskis for a great day on the water along with kayaks and fishing equipment hire.
Getting around
A bus stop (Perkins Road Bus Stop) and Water Taxi service are directly across the road as is the bike and walking trail to town if you want to get some exercise.
